VALENTINO RENEWS ITS PARTNERSHIP WITH LA RÉSERVE DES ARTS, PROMOTING THE CREATIVE REUSE OF ITS SHOW SET UP
By Liliya Tippetts

VALENTINO Couture FALL/WINTER 2023-2024 collection
On the occasion of the Valentino Un Château Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2023-2024 fashion show held in the storied and treasured Château de Chantilly, Valentino renews its partnership with La Réserve des Arts is a French non-profit association founded in 2008 that recovers sets, props, and elements for which it gives a new life, proposing them to a community of more than 10,000 members, made up of students and creatives of all ages.
The association supports circular creativity and continues its collaboration with the Maison, which is increasingly oriented to a giving-back journey towards its ongoing dialogue with the local communities within the territor.
Following these directives, part of the fashion show set-up will be recovered by La Réserve des Arts with the aim of being reconditioned, as already happened for Valentino Le Club Couture and Valentino Black Tie: for both shows, almost the entire share of materials donated to the association by the Maison has been put back into circulation, finding new life after only one month.
Now in its third chapter, the partnership between the Maison and La Réserve des Arts highlights how two Reality is animated by the same desire: that of spreading, through their work, a positive change in society and the territory on which they operate, also collaborating with young local creatives. A collaboration that sees beauty in contamination, marrying ethics and aesthetics in concrete actions. Instead, the seats that hosted the guests at the event were recovered from the previous fashion shows and moments of the brand, supporting the reuse of the resources.
LA RÉSERVE DES ARTS Non-profit association that supports the cultural and creative sectors in the development of the circular economy by offering collection, recovery, and re-circulation services for all types of materials from the various creative activities in the cultural sector.
